1.0 Method of Delivery
1.1 All delivery will be done either by courier service, freight forwarding companies, or in-house delivery team.
Our Delivery Team may need to call if there are any issues with the delivery, please ensure that the contact information provided is reachable during scheduled time.
2.0 Delivery Schedule
2.1 Orders are packed and shipped from Monday to Saturday only, however this is subject to change without prior notification. Order cut off time for next possible delivery date is 3.00pm (GMT+8) daily.
2.2 Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders will be shipped out 1-2 business day after we received the orders.
2.3 While Eurofresh Sdn Bhd endeavors to meet the targeted delivery time, from time being factors that beyond control might result in delayed delivery.
3.0 Product(s) Ordered But Not Delivered
3.1 Any product(s) which was placed and invoiced but it is not delivered, we will deliver the product(s) within 24 hours from the date and time of notification by the customer.
4.0 Product(s) Wrongly Delivered
4.1 Any product(s) which was not included in the order is delivered, we will collect the product(s) from the customer.
