In order to keep our promise to provide Best quality, goods purchased and delivered to your doorstep is NOT eligible for a return. It is our policy to keep the best product quality at all times. Our QA/QC team will check the products and product quality before delivering the goods. On top of that, we will make sure that our frozen products are in good and well frozen condition when delivering to your doorstep either by third-party logistics or in-house delivery team. Hence, please check on the condition of the products upon arrival and we shall not accept exchange or return or refund thereafter. However, should there be any mistake from our team regarding to the product’s specification, it is eligible for a return. The goods must be unused and in the same condition that received.
